Where does God stand in our Country?

I want you to take a look at a picture that was sent to me the past few days. It represents our contry, it’s founding fathers, some of it’s problems, and Jesus standing in the middle. Hover over each person and see where they stood and what they did to further the light of Jesus in America today. Examine it closely, then ask yourself…. where do you stand?

Took Christian to Vandy today for his appointment with the plastic surgeon. We got here at 8:55 am, but didn’t get to the correct office till almost 9:40. Not only was the parking directions messed up, but the office area was wrong as well! So, as it stands now, I am sweaty and need another shower, Kristie and I are tires of walking, and we have no idea how to get back to the car.

What fun.

Over the past few weeks, since I caved and purchased an iPhone, I have been regularly reading various classics. I always did enjoy reading when I had the chance, but hauling a book around all the time was a pain in the butt. Now that I have the ability to have hundreds of books inhand all the time, reading has once again become something to enjoy. So far, I’ve finished The Invisible Man by H. G. Wells and Call of the Wild by Jack London, and I’m roughly 80% into Around the World in Eighty Days by Jules Verne. All classics that I likely wouldn’t have picked up had it not been for a bit of technology.
